  • Serve as a resource to you throughout your planning process, offering direction and advice

  • Provide vendor referrals and recommendations based on your style and preferences

  • Meet with you in person to do a walkthrough of your event space and assist in space planning

  • Create a detailed timeline for your day which will be coordinated with and provided to all your vendors

  • Coordinate your rehearsal ceremony

  • Oversee all the details of your day (along with one assistant), to make sure everything runs smoothly

  • Offer unlimited phone and email correspondence with you and your vendors

  • Contact all vendors 1 week prior to the wedding day to reconfirm times, locations, and details

  • Assure ceremony & reception sites are set up prior to start times (ceremony chairs, décor, seating cards, props, etc.)

  • Provide an ‘emergency’ kit for the wedding party while getting ready

  • Assist the ushers with seating plans

  • Line up all wedding party & family members for the processional, cue musicians & officiant

  • Work directly with all vendors to make sure the day runs smoothly and according to plan to the best extent possible

  • Oversee the clean-up of all areas & return of items to their predetermined locations (gift, rental items, & props)

  • Assist you with all the overall styling of your event (colors, wedding party attire, invitations, flowers, food & beverage, lighting, draping, furniture & props, linens, tablespace, etc.

  • Create an inspiration board with you to share with all your wedding vendors to give a visual of the overall look

  • Help choose favors and other details

  • Create and manage your budget

  • Scout out venues and collect photos and information to aid in selecting the perfect location for your ceremony and reception

  • Put together a team of vendors based on your style, and work directly with all vendors throughout the planning process to make sure your vision is communicated

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with all your venues and vendors

  • Assist with formatting and managing the guest list

  • Assist with ordering your invitation suite & other paper items

  • Assist with creating and managing hotel accommodations for out of town guests

  • Attend all event space walk throughs, menu tastings, and other vendor meetings
